She is the most KIND & INCREDIBLE dentist I've ever been to and I've been to a lot of dentists over the years. 15 years go, I became increasingly scared of dentists due to multiple bad experiences. Before Dr. Trowbridge, I was beyond TERRIFIED of the dentist. I would be sick weeks before my appts and I sometimes cried during my appts, even just cleanings. She was so patient, gentle, knowledgeable & thorough and I could tell she truly cared. She was the first female dentist I've ever had and what a difference! She didn't put down my fears or think I was silly. My 4 procedures, even two with no novocaine (my choice) were virtually painless. She promised she wouldn't numb my tongue or get icky stuff on my tongue and she was true to her word. The needle didn't hurt at all. She would stop whenever I needed her to, and she even had a TV overhead for me to focus on instead.\r I went to Dr. Trowbridge for a 3rd opinion - not only was she more than $1,000 cheaper than the other two dentists, more conservative & dedicated to maintaining tooth structure. She's in-network with Delta Dental, has the laser cavity detector and great staff.\r \r I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Trowbridge! I recommend her to everyone who needs a dentist. more

Welcoming and Professional 11/16/2011

I, like most people, don't like going to the dentist. I had some issues with my previous dentist and so I researched on-line for another dentist. This is how I found Dr. Tatiyanna Trowbridge and the Artistic Design Family Dentistry. My experience with this dental office has been very positive. It is a small practice so you get very personal attention. The staff is wonderful, especially Dr. Trowbridge and her hygenist Amanda. They took very good care of me. I look forward to keeping them as my dentist for a very long time. more

Very Plesant experience 10/20/2011

Dr. Trowbridge has cared for every aspect of my teeth and comfort level. She maintains a very formal yet hospitable environment, her level of personableness and interest in family and friends makes her office a home and would highly recommend her both as a resource, a skilled and knowledgeable professional, but most importantly a doctor who truly cares and is interested in her patients. more

Dr. Trowbridge has taken care of my family now for a little over 3 years. She and her staff are fantastic with all of us. We have watched my 15 yr old as well as my husband go through Invisalign and my youngest one now reach the age of 5 to go in for her first ""get to know"" the dentist appointment. There are many dentists to choose from in this area and I can't recommend Dr. Trowbridge high enough to anyone looking for a dentist. We live in Northwest Phoenix and have no problem traveling to Scottsdale for our appointments. The office is a little tucked away, but it is nice that they are located right off of the 101. Pros: Very relaxing atmosphere Cons: finding location on the first visit. more

Great Experience 12/5/2009

I found Dr. Trowbridge on line, read all of these reviews and was very impressed with how many people loved the experience. Now you can add me to the list. I went to Dr. Trowbride miserable with confusing dental issues, pain and anxiety. The calm and friendly atmosphere in her office coupled with Dr. Trowbridge's gentle warm approach take dentistry to the level it should be--away from tooth pulling barbers and into the hands of a qualified 21st century professional. I sought a gentle woman and I found one. I'm very happy---and I feel that my first experience foretells competent work that is pain free. Actually it was kind of fun. I like the TV and blanket thing. I left feeling like I had had a fun experience with some friends. \r Pros: Everything Cons: Waited too long to find this office more

This is how all Dental Offices should operate 11/15/2009

From the time I came in to the time I left, it felt like I was in one of my relatives homes. They treated like a person, not a number or a expendable piece of furniture. The doctor explained everything she was doing and then showed me pictures and x-rays as to what stuff needed to be fixed in my mouth. They were able to get me approved for financing and now I am on my way to getting the smile that I want and a better education in how to take care of my teeth. Thank you for everything!! Pros: Friendly staff and smooth operations in the office Cons: Not on my insurance plan, but I will still go for the care!! more
