They did a great job repairing our Jag, a year later the finish of the clear coat seemed a little blurry is some areas. I may have been to blame, but without questioning me or trying put the burden back on me, they simply polished out the car and made it looked spectacular. They diagnosed a broken speaker that I mentioned a crackling noise. They cleaned the inside making the inside match the outside. When I asked how much I owed them, fully expecting to have to pay something. They said, ""no charge"". Obviously they believe in customer service is the key to repeat business and referrals. If I need future autobody repair, I'll be back. more

One of the best around.: I have had reason to bring my cars to Artistic on about 4 or 5 separate occassions. Always they have either done the repairs superbly the first time, or have worked to make things correct if I had to bring my car back in for something that was their issue. I've gone to another auto body shop once or twice, even to get an estimate, and was concerned by what I saw (including another shop very clearly not painting a repaired door so that it matched well). I recommend getting an estimate, and even doing the work with, Artistic to anyone needing an auto body shop. more

I had an occasion to do business again with Artistic Auto Body in Tigard. I first used them a number of years ago because my insurance company recommended them but after my first time I would go back no matter what and have several times. They are top notch. I recently had a minor incident with my 2009 Acura TL and needed to get it repaired. In this case, I was promised the car 1 week after I dropped it off. After two days I was called by Artistic to say that the car might be finished one day in advance of the promised date. I was called yesterday to say that they might get it finished two days in advance but would keep me posted. I was called at 5 Pm yesterday and told that it was ready. When I picked up the car it was ready and looked amazing. I was told that since I had picked up the car at night, I could look it over and bring it back if I noticed anything wrong. With Artistic - it's always done to showroom quality. Use them - they are great! more

I want to shout my love of this place from mountaintops. *Climbs to the top of a mountain* I LOVE ARTISTIC AUTO BODY!!! My car was damaged by a neighbor's kid who thought it would be fun to get up on the property's slope, and go bowling with a miniature boulder. Well, kid + huge rock = bad idea. The rock fell on my hood and caused damage to the headlight, and dented the hood. I got three estimates, and picked this place because, well, they're totally awesome. They made me feel comfortable right off the bat, explained the whole process from beginning to end, and the price they quoted was unbelievably reasonable. It took a long time between the time of the estimate and the time that the parents' insurance company cut me a check. Elle (she's the best, seriously) consistently followed up to see where we were in the process. Stacey, the person who did the estimate, also called to let me know they found some extra damages once they started working on the car, but would adjust some numbers on their end so I didn't have to hassle with State Farm again. I took my car in Tuesday, and even though they estimated it wouldn't be done until Friday, it was done on Thursday. When I went to pick it up I was SERIOUSLY impressed with the way it looked. You would never guess my hood was dented because the work they did was incredible. On top of this, they gave me a small ""touch-up"" bottle of the paint they used. The car was also vacuumed and smelled great. I will recommend this place over and over and over again. Having car troubles is a headache, and they really go above and beyond to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Thanks to the staff at Artistic! more

Since I have insider info, when our car was hit, I made sure to ask around her work to find out who really was the best around. These guys are it! I just had Artistic Auto Body shop on Canyon Rd. do a LOT of work on my vehicle. It was in their shop for about 10 days. After I had to initially mess around (babysit) with State Farm Insurance's Claims department for several days, I finally was able to deal directly with Michael who is the manager at Artistic. He is fabulous to deal with!!! He is patient, polite, knowledgeable, and very good in updating the customer on the progress of the repairs, and in ""negotiating"" supplemental orders with the insurance carrier. He managed the repairs and the process magnificently. Got her done in 1 week!!! I highly recomemend Michael and his shop!!! They do great work on your car also. more

I just had Artistic perform repairs on my car and I couldn't be more pleased. Not only did the repairs get done perfectly, they went the extra mile for me on a number of levels. The car came back perfectly detailed and they helped me diagnose a couple of other problems with my older car. They are easy to work with, do what they say, and their work is well done. more

I had the pleasure of taking my vehicle into Artistic Auto Body in Wilsonville after someone backed into my parked car. I was not a happy camper, but the truly great staff proved to be the silver lining. Not only did they work directly with the other driver's insurance company so that I didn't have to, they also made my rental car arrangements for me and restored my car to perfect condition a day ahead of schedule. The icing on the cake was arriving to find that not only had they impeccably fixed my car, but they completely cleaned the interior. It was admittedly pretty dirty, and they dang near detailed the entire thing. Dash, carpets, spilled coffee on the floor and in the cup holder...I mean they really put work into it. Not part of the repair job and completely a value added service. I was as shocked as I was grateful. If I can return the favor to this uniquely reputable shop by referring one customer through this review, I will be happy. Please consider their amazing team should you ever need body work. I had a little car damage on my trunk door so got estimate around $2000 and would take 5 days. more

The door to my 1997 Volvo 960 got a bit crumpled and off-hinges recently and I brought it into Peter's Auto Works. Peter couldn't fix it so suggested he drive it over to his favorite auto body place. I was quoted $540-$700 for the repair and for it to be done by Friday. I got a call Wednesday saying it was ready and the total was $520!
