after destroying my ac unit and new flooring cleaning the coil they stopped returning calls.. I had to replace the entire unit to repair damage...my attorney wrote then a letter ...

Most Honest Company Ever 9/20/2011

At first I was unsure of company because service man was running 20 min late. When he did show he appologized and made up for it by not charging me for the cost of the service call. He then proceeded to do the repairs to my system and within 10 min had it up and going. What makes things even better is I was told by my former company that I needed a new system. This was far from true because the service man from Artistic pointed out that I still had 5 years left on the factory warranty. Now I see why he was late. A honest company like this is in high demand. more

The Best I Ever Had 7/29/2011

I had problems with my system cooling so i called artistic they were VERY polite and made sure my system was up an cooling for me in no time. They even made sure i got the best price for my tight budget. I would have to say there service was GREAT the owner jeff even came out in the pouring rain on the weekend to make sure my system was working properly... Thank you so much ARTISTIC AIR your the best around an i will make sure everyone knows how WONDERFUL of a company you are... more

I had to replace the entire unit to repair damage...my attorney wrote then a letter and they claimed to be in bankruptcy protection... what a bunch of criminals... this company is listed as INACTIVE as they have not filed the proper paperwork with the state - steer clear of these guys!!! more

Very Professional!!! 4/27/2010

I used this company to replace my a/c unit. They gave me a quate i couldnt say no to. They installed it the next day. They were on time that day, and well prepared. They cleaned up there mess, and was very professional from begining to the end. I would recommend this company to everyone and use them again. When they gave me the bill, it was cheaper then the quate they gave me. Which was surprising, They have great prices. Very happy with this company. Pros: Ontime, honest, great prices more
