Artic Heating & Cooling

This company installed my central air in 2008. They broke and damaged everything that wasn't nailed down, including taking a saw against my brand new wooden armoire. I reached out to the owner, Elmer, management, and the BBB. I literally had to take them to court. The judge heard the case, reviewed the picture, and ruled in my favor for court cost and damages. They never paid up!!!!! \r And to top that off, we had to have another company come in to fix the shoddy work. I've used different companies for several years now for service of my Air Conditioner and none of them were sastisfactory. Then one day my air conditioner broke down. So I decided to try Arctic to see if their prices would be better then the other companies. Elmer came out and he was very helpful in explaining why for so many years my air conditioner was not running to full capacity and how some of the new units out there would better suit my house. He explained everything in dept and was very knowledgeable. I had a couple other companies come out, but all they did was drop off estimates, were very unprofessional, they didn't take the time to talk to me about the systems, and Arctic's price was by far the best. It's been a year since I was installed and not only is the unit working great, but it's working better then my original ever did. I recommend Arctic over everybody else. Joe came out to my location where the work was to be performed, and gave me a no nonsense straight up estimate. It was fair .I already had two estimates prior to his and they were all pretty close. However. Artic could do the job on my terms and schedule which was important to me at the time.They did the work on time, on budget and professionally handled all questions and concerns.
