Arctic Freeze kept my Avalanche for a month, never fixed it, and charged me a full price. My suggestion, never pay 100% upfront until the job is done and you are satisfied. more

Auto repair 10/14/2013

My car began slipping in 4th gear. I brought it in and was told it was an electrical issue. $259 later, I was left with the same problem + a check engine light and slippage in 3rd gear as well. I will not be returning again for service. more

I came in because of a fan motor that wasn't functioning properly. Sometimes it would work, but most times it wouldn't. The mechanic checked it out. He said the fan motor was shot, and needed to be replaced, but in the process, he must have disconnected and reconnected the wiring, because it has worked ever since. more

Scam Artists 5/30/2013

Told me I needed ABS module, brake drum w/sensor AC compressor, etc. total over $3000. Didn/t need any of this. Was 2 broken wires a real mechanic founr and fixed for $42. Arctic said stone from tire put hole in compressor, metal,come on. And Adam used my car for personal errand to Tarpon Springs hospital. Don't go there. Save tour money. more

Experienced Professionals 3/28/2013

I have owned & cared for my 1999 BMW for 11 years. I am a true believer of Preventative Maintenance & recently had extensive repair done. Moving to Largo a few months ago, I was uncertain who to call. I am so pleased with the experience & skill of Arctic's mechanics! Their customer service is excellent! I have now found a auto maintenance shop I can trust & stay with. more

Comfortable Experience 2/26/2013

I needed an Oil Change fortunately for me, Tony checked over my entire vehicle. My Brake Pads were in need of being replaced (they work fine I didn't think to check them or better yet ask for them to be checked luckily he caught it before I damaged the rotors) he explained in "layman’s terms" the importance of maintaining a good brake system. more

Great service at a reasonable price 1/23/2013

Took my truck in for an oil change. They recommended that I have the coolant, power steering and brakes flushed. I had them do all three since I have neglected to do so in the 7 years I owned the truck. They did it in a timely manner and washed my truck as well. It was all done at a reasonable price. I like the fact that I can track my service on line. more

Took my car to arctic freeze to get my intake manifold gasket replaced , when i got there my clutch throw out bearing went bad.the manager Todd and the mechanic Mike took care care of all the car needs.they told me what the car needed nothing much.price wise also, they were very much under the quotes that i got from different shops.it is a family owened business would highly recommend this shop for all your repair needs.great people. more

My truck started making a pretty weird noise, so I had to break down and take the ol' girl into a shop. This store's right by my house. I was a little hesitant after walking in the place, cuz the guy at the counter, Todd, well, he wasn't your typical greasy mechanic looking guy. He was extremely nice and almost reminded me of some good ol' Southern hosptitality. Anyway, the shop surprised me, and Todd most of all. The guy really knows his stuff, and actually taught me a few things. These are a good, reliable bunch of guys. more

Accurate Diagnosis 11/8/2012

Service and diagnostic report was on the mark and efficient. Placing a new, instead of a rebuilt, alternator in a 2001 Saturn was way off the mark. The alternator is now worth more than the car. I would recommend this business to a friend but I would make sure they know to question whether the repair warrants new parts or whether the rebuilt parts make more sense. more

horrible service... i got my car 2 weeks after i was told i would, they tried to install a part for 700$+ without my permission and said part was available aftermarket for about 80$ with a 70$ installation. After i got my car back within days it was having problems with exactly what was supposed to be repaired. Stay away!!!! more
