Unresponsive, unavailable, unwilling to do the work. The kindest conclusion I can reach is that he is incompetent. The other conclusion would be that he willfully and unethically drags out the process to maximize his fees. Nissenbaum is the absolute worst choice to be engaged in your case (particularly as a GAL where he has no constraints) Pick ANYONE else. more
