No fancy letter here...just the facts. This company has been around a long time and have been to my residence several times during the course of 10 years of toilet problems, drains clogged..the usual stuff. First time they came out, my husband and I watched their every move for the whole duration of their visit(which lasted 10 minutes as they only had to replace a minor part). The guy was straight up, informative and friendly.\r After that, any problems with plumbing, we call them. They are down home people who just get the job done. more

Phil Rado really knows his business. We were at a loss money and time. Our backflow was stolen. We called Arthur Brown Plumbing. Phil came out and gave us a price to replace this was a big job that requires a back hoe and a dump truck. Phil not only quoted the work he operated the equipment himself. We have our own facility crew that repairs in house plumbing. My owner wanted a quote for a new sloan flush valve and toilet. Arthur Brown came out and priced a new system and explained to our facility dept how to repair Sloan flush valves for any future problems if the need may require. VERY HAPPY I'm very hesitant about hiring new companies... I always fear the worst. I'm sooo glad I picked these guys. They were fast, friendly and (most importantly) honest. Fixed only what was needed. When I showed my husband the bill, he was happily surprised. Will definitely use again! more
