Good: The sales person was very nice and accommodating while writing up the order.
The home office was attentive at first till the order was delivered.. Bad: Where to start!!!!
1. Delivery schedule was a constantly moving target.
2. No QA, delivered faulty work that had to be re-worked immediately, they should of double checked the work before delivery.
3. lack of attention to detail - saw print defect and decided NOT to mention it till after the work was complete, but they did offer to re-do the work with new print FOR A FEE!
4. much more expensive than any other shop in town. Improvements: Pay attention to details - check your work.
Do not be so eager to get business - be honest about delivery times.
Mention art flaws to customer BEFORE doing the work - saves the customer time and $$$ if they decided to get art work corrected.. Other: Over all, Artech does many different art support services, framing is just one. My advice, drop the frame shop, you guys SUCK at it!.
