THE BEST FURNITURE FOR YOUR MONEY!
Furniture style and Quality:
As a new homeowner it was very difficult for my wife and I to find items we liked at the right price. That was until we came to Arte Fina. My wife and I have very different tastes I like contemporary, she likes traditional/Moroccan - Arte Fina not only has amazing furniture but there is a little bit of everything for each individuals taste. In addition, the quality of the furniture is great, there are no cheap china made items and let me tell you, you can see and feel the difference without feeling the price strain in your wallet.
Customer Service:
We were helped by the owner Tim and he is very knowledgeable. He has great ideas, and really seems to genuinely care about his customers. He greets his customers when they walk in, says goodbye when they walk out. He isnt pushy at all. Make sure you ask him to show you his secret spot in the back of the store as he keeps a few astonishing furniture pieces there and trust me you will want to buy-buy-buy. Another great thing about this store is Tim can customize anything that you want (ie changing the color of the wood, fabric etc.). You will not regret stopping in. At the very least you will walk out saying to yourself -that was great customer service. I felt as if Tim was a friend of mine for years and was just trying to help me out and I appreciated it.
Pricing:
The prices are very reasonable and Tim was very fair in giving us the best deal possible. When I walked out of there I knew I got a good deal. In fact, I am usually a big bargainer but from the get-go Tim gave us a good deal and thus I couldnt argue, especially knowing what type of furniture I was getting.
Conclusion:
I will def be back to this hidden gem (not so hidden its on Ventura Blvd).
