Rude, Push and Unprofessional 7/9/2012

I called servicemagic and received several phone calls. Ben was by far the worst of the bunch. He was rude, pushy and didn't even listen to anything I was actually saying. I told him I had a 3in X 3in section of drywall in a bedroom that needed to be replaced and painted and another 12in X 12in section in the laundry room. Several times during the conversation he asked about the drywall being repaired in the garage and I corrected him each time. When he gave me a quote over the phone and I thought it was a bit high he asked "How do you think that is high, I mean it costs me $15 just to have this phone call." Unprofessional has a new name and it's Ben with Art Tech Remodeling. more

Rude 8/4/2010

Ben did some tile repair work for us last year and did a fine job; however, our opinion quickly soured this year when we asked him for a dry wall repair estimate. After receiving his estimate, we obtained a significantly lower bid from an equally qualified, servicemagic-rated contractor and cancelled our appointment a week out. Ben informed me that he would never do any work for us again. Sorry, can't recommend that attitude and lack of professionalism. more
