I had Art Rock do the floors on my main level and basement, all my bathrooms and my powder room and my kitchen twice (After about 5 years I decided I wanted a new color and a completely restructured kitchen). The second time they did my kitchen, I had them completely redo and reshape my island, as well as restain all my cabinets and I received great service and design ideas from the ladies over there about what would look good as a tile backsplash. \r

They've also done kitchens and bathrooms for a number of my friends over the years who are highly statisfied. \r

Now that I've moved into a new house, I'm using them for my kitchen and bath yet again. I shopped around and found that other granite companies were the ones with hidden charges ($35/ sq ft + $15 for labor + however much for faucet holes). Art Rock told me up front what all the charges were. They even threw in a free stainless steel undermount sink since I have a large kitchen. (And they have a good selection of sinks for kitchen and bath, too) The granite that was in my house when I bought it was deplorable: unfinished/unpolished edges, thin material, large and visible seams, plumber's glue inside my bath sink basins, I had to get rid of them. I'll gladly pay a bit more for Art Rock because I've seen the quality of their work first hand and they spare no detail! Not to mention they are still in business a decade after I had them do my first house.
Pros: Selection, Quality, still in business a decade later
Cons: Hard to decide which color to use!
