Art Imig's Clothing Care Ctr

I bring all of my stuff to Art Imigs for drycleaning and altering. They do great work. The prices are a little higher than most, but it is worth it if you invest into your clothes and take care of them. The staff is usually very friendly, although, you can tell if they are having a bad day. The service is speedy. I can drop off my items and have them back in 2-3 days. It is rare that it takes any longer than that, but if it does, it is usually because of a holiday. They are located right on downtown 8th street, so when I stop by, it is never out of the way. I usually end up walking around and shopping a little while I am out. Subway is right around the corner and so is Younkers. They have a pretty good spot, and there is lots of parking available. more

The store seems friendly when you go in, but I was disappointed shortly thereafter. I needed some items slightly altered. The prices were very high and the staff seemed rude. I have heard that they do excellent work, but for the prices they were asking, I could have replaced my items with new stuff. It is in a great location and the store is very clean. PROS: quality work CONS: high prices, staff not as friendly as most. more
