Great looking stuff in display, horrible service and slow delivery. Borderline fraud. Over 3 months late in delivery -- and once arrived, called us to say they would charge us for storage if they can't deliver the cabinets at the time they want to deliver us. Originally they said the installation was included, but changed their mind when the cabinets arrived. Our installer was good. The owner will not call you back. Ever. Forget leaving a message. Basically a two year nightmare. Cabinets came in the wrong size and demensions after four months. Danielledoes not return calls. We took them to small claims court, and only then did they comply, but still got our cabinets wrong. Quoted us on the installation, but the installer (eduord, who is just terrible at his job) is an independent contractor, and cost twice the amount we were quoted (hello, can anybody say fraud?). Bottom line, we paid someone to modify our cabinets, and my husband finished the installation. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: none Cons: Awful, awful more

These people are a huge headache. Once they have your money you can rest assured that you will be left out in the cold. There were several design and specification errors that I haven't been able to get resolved for the last 6 months. I have tried numerious times to get these issues resolved and they will not bother to call me back, I only momentarily got thier attention when I threatened to suit them but again, all I got was lip service. It looks like I'm going to have to go through the hassle of filing a law suit. I wish I would have read the previous two reviews before I decided to do business with them. Pros: I liked the Italian cabinets. Cons: Way Over Priced, Terrible Customer Service. I should have compared before I bought!!! more

I'm at 6 months. No one ever answers the phone or returns phone calls or responds to faxes. Bathroom is unfinished and what piecea did arrive 5 months later were wrong, drawers don't work, parts are missing, measurements were wrong. To even be able to use my bathroom again (instead of the kitchen!) I've got $3000. in extra charges from my contractor. I've had to make several 3 hour round trips when their phones had been disconnected and I thought they went out of business, when no one signed for a certified letter, and I thought they went out of business, when they didn't respond to 15 faxes and phone calls...and I thought they were out of business. Nightmare is still continuing. more

We had such and terrible experience with this company I have to warn everyone I know about our awful experience with Art Home Italia. Our cabinets were to be delivered in 3 months THEY TOOK NEARLY A YEAR to arrive and when they did come they came wrong. Durring this time they would not retun our phone calls or answer the phone. We went through several design reviews to reduce our costs and each time the prices were different FOR THE SAME ITEMS. I can't even go into detail on how many problems we had with them. They changed their telephone number halfway through the process probably to avoid all the angry customers trying to get answers from them. They are dishonest and deceitful and cannot be trusted. DON'T SIGN ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE COMPANY, HORRIBLE PEOPLE(owners)!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!
