I took my fancy dress and 3 sweaters - two of which were 100%cashmere - and they came back unwearable. The cashmere sweaters had holes in them (big, gaping holes) and the dress and other sweater came back with the fabric dried out and so thin that holes were about to develop. I took them back to Art Cleaners and they denied that they could have damaged the sweaters or fabric - they eventually agreed to give me $200 but I will never go there again. They were incompetent and rude."" more
