Everyone has treated my pets like family members. Both doctors have a great manner of communications problems, they are patient when my dogs are crazy, and they are always willing to answer all of my questions. more

There's not a more caring, compassionate veterinary team in Western Colorado. Also, I think Arrowhead is the ONLY accredited animal hospital in the Grand Valley. That means they had to pass strict standards, so you know you're pet is getting the best care in one of the nicest facilities around. The staff are SO friendly, the vets are highly trained and incredibly capable of handling any situation -- from routine to emergency care. If you're like me, your pets are your children! Don't trust any other vet hospital in town! Ask for Dr. Mike, he's the vet to our three awesome dogs!! more

I would explain the loving care you have given to our pets. The way your staff have treated us like family. The friendly warm environment you have there. Also, when having to send your loved one over the rainbow bridge the love and kindness shown and given at that time is palpable. You are the best. more

Very professional, friendly, caring, knowledgeable staff. It is VERY clean there. Doctor listens, is knowledgeable, very friendly, and will work with you. You do not feel rushed. They do not try to ""sell"" you stuff you don't need. I feel extremely comfortable having them work with our dogs. more
