Arrowhead Hospital

If I had followed Arrowheads ER after -care instructions I would be dead in 3-6 months. They are not equipped to properly handle cancer symptom diagnosis. They simply treated the surface issues instead of putting all my symptoms together and realizing the patient (me) had cancer. Between the arrowhead ER's rude intake nurses and incompetent doctors and the arrowhead OB/GYN follow up appointment 2 days after the ER. I got zero answers and rude treatment. I in fact was diagnosed with stage 2 uterine cancer at another hospital. I went to this second hospital 2 days after Arrowheads ER / and their poor excuse for an OB/GYN aftercare ER follow up at the arrowhead women's center ( dr Hu). Please if your showing possible cancer symptoms please please.... Do not go to this hospital. more

Had to go to the emergency room and could not believe how rude and nasty the nursing staff was. The service was terrible!! One nurse ripped an IV out of my arm she just put in because she was mad, the intake nurse was screaming at me, the bathroom was filthy and I had to go in it barefoot. I would NEVER go to this emergency room again. I would die first before I went back. Something is seriously wrong with this place. more

I have been a patient at this hospital three times. Each time I was well cared for. However, twice I felt like they were missing something in my care and tests as I left without answers to my health problem. The other visit was for surgery and I felt it went great. The staff is friendly and the hospital is fairly clean. The emergency room wait has never been more than a few hours when I was there. more

I have been to this emergency room on two occasions...Both times were a horrible experience. First we had to wait for several hours both in the waiting room and then again back in the hospital room. The doctors themselves were nice but the nurses were something else. They were so rude!!! Making comments and remarks under their breath...being snotty and just plain rude. Errr....it was horrible. I will never go to arrowhead ER again! more
