My mother has been here for three years now. The staff are always friendly and take good care of my mom. I would recommend this nursing home to anyone.

I called there to verify employement. The lady that answered the phone was extremely, extremely rude and hung up on me. Then I called back and she said that she will hang up on me...

poor poor customer service 8/22/2010

I called there to verify employement. The lady that answered the phone was extremely, extremely rude and hung up on me. Then I called back and she said that she will hang up on me again. I was very nice to the lady and just asked to verify employment. If she couldn't do it, all she needed to do is say so. Wouldn't send my family here. That's all I have to say. more
