LIARS! 1/10/2011

NOT REPAIRED, refused to refund money...many delays and lies! Owner acknowledged that lengthy repair was his fault and offered to pay for a rental car. After a 14 day repair, we picked up our vehicle and were very disturbed by SEVERAL isses: 1. Owner denied that he offered to pay for rental car (outright lie) and refused to reimburse the $300 rental car cost. 2. We were asked to pay more than our quoted cost. 3. The transmission started slipping on the way home and our steering column was out of line. More disturbing events followed: *Upon re-inspection the next morning, the owner agreed that further repairs were needed and once again agreed to provide a rental car. He refused to take our vehicle for repair that day, setting the return date for a few days later. On the set return date, the owner/manager was out of the shop and his employee had no idea about our appointment. *We notified our warranty company because we were increasingly concerned. They stated that the repair time was delayed 10 days due to Arrow's failure to send requested information. Arrow had stated previously that the warranty company was to blame for the delay. * Arrow set another date for re-repair that was broken, again, this time due to a ""sick mechanic"" * Arrow refused to pay for the rental car for the re-repair after signing a written note to do so. * We contacted the BBB and were told that Arrow had 5 other unresolved complaints of the same nature. * When paying another $2800 to have our transmission repaired properly, the new shop discovered that Arrow had placed faulty parts, neglected to place new parts needed for proper repair, and had neglected to flush the old transmission fluid that was full of sludge (and could have caused further damage to our engine) Arrow has refused to refund our money and is now sending letters to us threatening to sue us if we continue to post comments online. The statements above are FACT and can be backed up by our documents. We look forward to our day in court with Arrow. more
