Arrow Springs Chapel

My daughter's wedding was at Arrow Springs Chapel on July 14, 2012. It's a beautiful place for a wedding and the owner of the chapel was very nice.. She was very helpful before the wedding and spoke with us and met with us many times before the weddingl Our rehearsal dinner was there as well. more

I've been to a few weddings at this place, and a birthday party and all events were beautiful. I was never involved with the wedding party, but I did help set things out and helped with clean up at one of the weddings. The owner was very helpful and friendly and the place is absolutely gorgeous! At one of the weddings, one of the groomsmen dropped a full glass and it shattered everywhere and heather was very sweet about it. My husband and I almost got married here 5 years ago, but decided to run away... I wish, now, that we would have booked here! more

I have been to a few weddings at this facility, one of which was a family wedding. The facility is OK, just OK. During the last wedding I attended, THE OWNER of the facility herself was there during the event wearing a t-shirt, jeans and a red apron (and a terrible scowl on her face.) The event was from 6-10pm and this woman would have been happy if she could have chased everyone out by 7:30. Small event approx 40 people, the bride and groom supplied EVERYTHING of their own, didn't rent anything other than tables, table cloths, and chairs from the facility. At 7:45 the kids were dancing (5-6 of them) and the photographer was taking photos of the rings... this woman came in (with a broom in hand) telling the kids to move while sweeping. She then went to the photographer and told the photographer ""this needs to start getting wrapped up"" the photographer asked her what time the facility was rented until and the womans response was ""10pm but we need everyone out by 9-9:15 to get the place cleaned up."" Mind you that everyone attending the wedding were very close friends and family and we were ALL involved in the plan of who was responsible for tear down and transport of specific items home. at 9pm she was actually folding up the chairs and stacking them so that guests had no where to sit. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE experienced anything like this. My suggestion is to avoid this facility at all costs!!! *** Who wants a scowling woman in a t-shirt, jeans and apron carrying a broom in their reception photos? The stress this woman caused was just terrible. Protect your special day and look elsewhere! more

Me & My husband got married here about a year ago. The place was wonderful, beautiful background, and the set up was great. The owner seems nice until she recieved your money. After that It is all down hill from there she is rude and all she care about is money. Also whatever you discuss with the owner over the phone make sure to have her write it on paper, or else she will lie and said she never agree to it. You at first deal with the owner of the facility, both of you will meet several times and plan your wedding day out and then on the day of your wedding she send someone you never met before to move the wedding along. It's like starting over explaining want you want for your wedding because they do not communicate with eachother. This lady that was here to help actually made my wedding a disater. We rented the place for 4 hours and she said we need to be done an hour early because she made a mistake and schedule another wedding back to back with ours and they need the place an hour early. How F***ed up is that. It's a pretty place, but it's not worth the stress especially on your wedding day. Spend your money else where. Hope this help soon to be brides.
