terrible customer service 5/12/2008

We had arrow come out and give us an ESTIMATE on a house that we were buying. The guy told my husband to sign the estimate, and we said that we would call him when and IF we were ready for them to do the treatment. They did it w/out us knowing about 3 weeks before we even closed on the house. First of all we would never have agreed to them doing the treatment before we closed on the house. We found out about it three months after the fact. They said that they tried to get in touch with us. They have our number and never called us once. We will never use Arrow again and would recommend that you don't either. Shame on you Arrow. more
