An Outstanding St. Louis Florist!! I would not go anywhere else. Pay no attention to these cronic complaining women below, they don't know what they're talking about when speaking of Arrangment Florist. The owner and her team of professional designers are truly artists and go above and beyond in customer service, design quality and flower freshness. My daughter and many of her friends have had Arrangement Florist do their weddings, and the ceremonies have been breathtaking because of the way Arrangement decorated the churches and receptions. Don't go anywhere else. You will not be dissappointed. And that's the truth. These other people you'll notice that three of them had their Citysearch accounts created on the same day. What's that tell you? They are dishonest and can't be trusted. more

Do not use this florist and do not give them your credit card information. They are going to scam you. My mother was supposed to receive a $60.00 flower arrangement and received a thin plain glass vase with five small roses and two daisies thrown together all of which turned brown within one to two days. The arrangement was supposed to be for $50.00 but they charged the credit card for $60 saying there was a $14.00 delivery fee....note that their website says $8.00 delivery fee. The arrangement looks nothing like any on their website, not even the cheapest arrangement. My mother claimed it looked like they went to the local grocery store, bought a bouquet for $6.00 and stuck it in a vase. When she called to complain, the staff was very rude to her on the phone and did nothing to resolve the issue. They have been contacted three times and the manager has yet to return calls. These people should be put out of business for fraud. more

As mentioned by other reviewers, if possible I would not even give this florist one star. My husband ordered me flowers for Valentines day through a nation wide company that is associated with this florist. The flowers I received looked nothing like what I was suppose to receive and they did not even last for 24 hours. When I called to complain. The person I spoke with was very unprofessional and extremely rude. I will never be ordering from this florist again. more

**DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE** This woman is a liar and a scam artist. Not only will she charge you more than the actual price of the arrangment, she will also try to recruit you for her pyramid scam she has going. This woman wrote down the wrong numbers for my credit card and was unable to charge my account. She then began harrassing my girlfriend at work threatening her and her job. Also, she accused me of credit card fraud and claimed she was going to report me to the police. After many threatening phone calls from her, I called and gave her my card number AGAIN. Big mistake.... She then charged me an extra $17 on top of the original price for the arrangement. This ""owner"" clearly has no idea how to run a business and for that reason I would HIGHLY recommend ordering your flowers ANYWHERE else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. more
