Air Conditioning Repair Service 8/7/2013

I`m writing this letter to commend the workmanship of Arp's Heating & Air. The price quoted to us came in thousands less than other companies we contacted. The installation is very neat and professional looking, and there was no mess left for us to clean up after they left. The technician spent time after he was finished to explain the function of each of the pieces of equipment installed. He made it easy for me to understand. All the men that worked on our installation were polite and courteous. Thank you for doing the job for us. We will recommend your company to others in the future. more

WOW!! I am incredibly impressed with their service. They were fast professional and I was not overcharged. I just bought an old house and have found my HVAC company. I am blown away by the high level of customer service. I am getting used to a total lack of real customer focused service so this was a breath of fresh air. The teh answered all of my dumb (trust me they were) questions without a hint of (well deserved) laughter at my expense. Thank you! more

Arp's Heating & Airis a great family owned business that never fails to amaze me with their prompt service. They come out twice a year to maintain my furnace and A/C. Knowledgeable service at a more than fair price. I can`t recommend them enough! more

Very impressed with Arp's Heating & Air.They came out with little notice to get my broken AC goin during a hot spell, were very friendly. They didn`t try to upsell me, the tech was fast efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone. more

I highly recommend this company. They were very knowledgeable professional and did an excellent job. They were highly recommended to me by my brother a few years ago and I can certainly see why. Have used them on a couple occasions and will certainly call them again. They are nice reliable and get the job done. more

Prompt, Professional, Thorough. I called for an appointment and was able to get someone out the next day even though we are at the beginning of the busy season. The technician quickly identified the problem, had the part, and fixed my A/C. He was also able to help complete the warranty paperwork. Great Service! more

You Arp's Heating & Air saved the day! got home last night and the heater was not working. found reviews for Arp's Heating & Air here and gave them a call. Said their guy was on a call but would come here next. They called back 45 minutes later and were here about an hour after our initial call. so far, so good! more

AC service for us. 7/15/2013

After hearing what sounded wrong from another company, I called Arp's Heating & Air and ran it by them. They said they would be happy to come look at it when they had a free slot later *the same day*. The tech who came out seemed much more knowledgeable and more geared towards having a long term customer and doing the right thing. The other company just wanted to sell a new install, new and more service plans... Yes! they sure can sell. Not sure what else they can do. Great service, punctual and skilled. Was very pleased all around and happy to have found a company to continue performing AC service for us. more

Thank you Arp's Heating & Air!!! 7/15/2013

I am beyond please with my Arp's Heating & Air experience. We have been having trouble with our heat and had a personal friend quote us around $700 for a new gas valve. Our friend, however, did not renew his insurance for manufactured homes so we had to find another company. Luckily for us, we found Arp's Heating & Air. We called on a Friday afternoon and they were out by 12:00 on Monday. To my surprise our technician advised that we didnt need an entirely new valve we only needed our current one unclogged. We had advised them of the diagnosis provided to us previously, so they definitely could have taken advantage of us. Instead they saved us over $500. I cannot say enough about this company. In this economy it is really refreshing to find a business that cares about honesty and integrity. I give Arp's Heating & Air 5 toasty, honest stars; one for every $100 I saved. Thank you Arp's Heating & Air!!! more

All of the work was performed on a very professional basis. Installation ran into a few bumps as our home is a slab ranch with a tiny closet area for the furnace and AC, however everything was figured out and both units operate very efficiently. more
