Aronson Fence Co., Inc.

We called to have them come in to do a estimate for fence and they never came back to do the actual work. So i called a different company to do the estimate and then they did the work. Since last year they have been sending me an invoice statement for the work they have never done. I called them to try to rectify the situation but i recieved a very rude response from them. Unfortunatly now i have to get my legal dept involved in this matter. My recommendation is to stay away from them. Period. more

I didn't have the luxury of doing my research and not choosing aronson fencing. I use countryside for all my landscaping and they choose to use these jokers to do thier fences. Let's just say that the overall quality of the fence has me contemplating a new landscaper... It's that bad. My fence is less than 1 year old and it's already falling to pieces. The knuckleheads who installed it stripped every screw on the latching mechanism, so now that the posts have shifted (due to being improperly sunk) I can't remount the latching mechanism. This has happened to 2/3 doors and they no longer stay shut and just bang around in the wind. I should have left the Aronson sign on the fence so everyone that goes by my house knows that they were the morons who built the piece of sh*t. more

We went with these guys because they were $100 cheaper with no real difference. Let me tell you...we should have went with someone else. The guy who gave us the estimate said it was 7 day turnaround for installation and that they would call to schedule the installation. No phone call so we called them and waited once again with no returned call. When we finally got to talk to the OWNER he told us they were still waiting for the permit and that whoever told us 7 day turnaround lied. The village said it's a 2 day turnaround for a permit so someone is lying here as well? It's been 3 1/2 weeks and these idiots showed up today to install our 6 ft fence but brought a 4 ft gate and claimed that's what was written on the estimate when in fact it was not. Once again we have to speak to the owner and we were told that it SHOULD be a 6ft gate. Did I mention that they won't use screws instead of nails other than on the gate? This should always be an option. Now I understand everyone is going to have a different experience with businesses and some days are worse than others, but the 3 1/2 weeks we have dealt with Aronson Fence leads me to believe that they can't get their !@#$ together and will not be getting any business from me or anyone else I know. And so far they have done NOTHING to make it right. What kind of customer is this? It's PATHETIC! more
