Near intersection of Pacific and 320th in Federal Way. Always friendly service in Marista?s. I?ve been coming here for about ten days since I relocated, and some of the staff greet me by name and have a beverage waiting for me as I walk in the door. Free Wi-Fi, pleasant lobby with comfortable seating, unlimited free refills in-house, speedy drive-thru. The Tully?s brand coffee is a very nice alternative to Starbucks, and the pricing is about 10% lower. They have an acceptable selection of pastries, including bagels for toasting. The unusual thing about the store is its staff - all young, attractive women. They open early, at 4:30 M-F, 6:00 Sat, 6:30 Sun. Pros: Value, Service, Coffee Cons: Limited selection of teas. more

Coffee Bear 7/5/2008

I don't even know what the name of this place is anymore. However, my latest coffee card says Coffee Bear on it, so I'm just going with that. Yeah,. the first reviewer could use some meds or something... I live pretty close to this shop and come here pretty often. The girls have always been very friendly and the coffee is always better than the local national chain. They know what their doing here. more

Ignore Mike Walker's RUDE LIE filled review it's extremely clear to me that Mike Walker has never been to Marista's Coffee when he does go to Marista's Coffee he will find all the reasons I love this place. Incredible food, coffee, service, employees, atmosphere, ambience This place is absolutly incredible I have loved this place since it first opened and I know when go there you are always going to love it. WORST SERVICE IN FEDERAL WAY + MEDIOCRE COFFEE = NOT WORTH THE $$$ 6/8/2007

the workers dont ever seem helpful or happy or even alive for that matter. Ive been to a lot of terrible coffee shops but this place takes the prize. the people are very unfriendly, the drinks are always wrong (no discount or at least a courtesy drink or even an apology), and the food tastes like its been sitting out for a few days. final thoughts, i hate to say it but i would go to a bigger chain.. going to maristas would be doing yourself and your pocketbook a disservice.
