Very poor experience at Arnold's. Halfway through our 4 hour rental my friend's pedal fell off and we could not get it back on. Thankfully, he wasn't hurt, but we were stuck up in the bike trails. The owner of the business refunded my friend's full amount, was very annoyed at refunding half of what I paid (as I could not abandon my friend and ride off on my own) and refused to reimburse me for the cab ride we took back to the bike shop after saying he would. He then began yelling at me, complaining about losing money on us. All in all, very unprofessional. He was lucky we didn't have grounds for suing him as my friend, very thankfully, didn't get injured. He should have been a good business man, been polite and helpful, ensuring that we would come back to his shop again. We won't. And we will tell everyone we know not to go to Arnold's Bikes. Please try out PTown Bikes on Bradford Street instead.
