Awesome!! There???s no where like it in PA! 5/8/2012

My wife and I took our 3 year old son to Arnold?s and he loved it. It is truly a state of the art facility and it?s just getting better everyday! They're adding a bistro and more bowling lanes by next month. I first thought this place was just for kids but its very adult friendly as well. We had a great time with my son, but I?m going back next week with my friends to ride the Go Karts and bowl a few games. Great place, great staff and a great place for people of all ages to hang out. more

ARNOLD'S FAMILY FUN CENTER: HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5/7/2011

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We booked a birthday party for our child with a down payment A MONTH IN ADVANCE BUT because ARNOLD'S was so busy that day they couldn't accommodate us. The party only are allotted 2 hours and we waited an hour and a half for our first ride. Most of the rides were defective!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kids at my party were crying. There wasn't even enough food at the buffet to feed the kids when we tried to eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I complained to the incompetent management said ""well we are open to the public"". They couldn't understand why I was upset. Afterall I just paid $500 for a party that was a disaster. I called the head manager for about 3 weeks after. Never received a return phone call back. Then I spoke to some imbecilic 12 year old manager who hung up on me when I was issuing my complaint!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never received a refund or an apology. Proceed With Caution!!!! 4/14/2011

It's funny because I have mixed emotions about this Family Fun Center...When we went for every 10 dollars you spent you got a free buffet. I thought this was wonderful!!!! When I went over to the buffet It was sort of like " This would be great if I was homeless" I have helped out in soup kitchens before I guess I just never thought I would pay to eat at one. Don't get me wrong It wasn't all bad...perogies, pasta, pizza, some sort of pizza dessert, soup, salad, dry cake with no iceing, burnt baked potaoes wraped in foil, fountain drinks,popcorn,etc. I mean what more could you ask for? The place wasnt bad but if you are OCD or a Germaphob please don't even bother. The service was great I will give them that!!! The place was very dirty. We all took very long showers when we went home. more

This place is a cluster mess...trashy 3/21/2011

We wanted something fun to do on our son's birthday and figured go karts and games were sure winners. But this place is trashy. The parking lot itself is a mess, with chunks of asphalt missing and strewn all over. There are no walkways for those who park far from the building and have to walk through this asphalt jungle to get to Arnold's. When we finally made it through the obstacle course outside we walked into a mess of a reception area. On the right was a counter of young people all chatting to each other. In the front of the entry was a rounded desk with multiple workers and registers. There were kids all over, no indication as to where the line(s) ended, people were picking fights because someone cut in front of them unknowingly (this also speaks to the classiness of the clientelle). We stood back in shock. I'm not sure we've ever been anywhere so trashy and if the parking lot and check-in areas were so disorganized and gross, I can only imagine what happens when you toss in fast moving rides. We left before we even got in line...if there was a line, we never found out. more

My wife and I took our toddler daughter out for the day to Arnold's based on what we saw on THEIR website. We decided on this place because what caught our eye was the "Candyland" play area on their website. What a joke!! There is no "Candyland". There are a total of 4 token rides for toddlers and the Dino ride wasn't even working. Then I guess to offset the bait and switch, they have 2 Little Tikes playsets set up in the back of the joint. My daughter happens to have the same ones at her daycare. The Go Kart track was far from what is shown on their website as well. Very expensive 7 minute ride. I guess I should have suspected something when we got there, on a Saturday afternoon, and the place was empty. From what I've seen from other reviews, this place is rapidly declining. I won't go back and would suggest taking your toddler someplace else. I do have to say that the workers were pleasant and the food was not bad for being "free". Great Place!!!! 3/12/2010

My husband and I took my niece and nephew on a day that I was babysitting. I was never there prior to our visit and I was very happy we went. It was clean and the employees made us feel very welcome there. My nephew loved the go-carts and we couldn't get my niece out of the bounce area. I was a little leary of the buffet because I don"t like pizza, but I was pleasantly surprised there was a great selection of food other than pizza. The kids and my husband loved the pizza. more

Best kept indoor secret around! It was worth the travel and my wife, kids and I had a GREAT time!!! There was also a FREE buffet included-so everyone got to choose what they wanted. We inquired about a birthday party while there, but I would rather bring my employees for a day out!!!!! Thank you also to the staff member who took care of the balloon dilemma for us! Not the best bang for the buck 3/3/2010

Very Expensive, for an hour here you can go to Hershey park all day and it would still be cheaper. staff was okay... bunch of high school kids but what do you expect. food was poor. Might go back again if they lower there prices and improve there food. a go-kart ride for 1 person for 7min's is around 25 bucks, its hard to tell with the weird point system they use. more

Great Family Entertainment 3/2/2010

Arnold's is a great place for families. There are activities for all ages. We've had parties for our grand children at Arnolds for the last couple of years. The kids have a ball. The staff is very pleasant and very helpful. The prices are comparable to other fun centers. Other places may have a lower admission price but then your nickle and dimed for all the other extras. When you pick a special party package at Arnolds everything is included. more

Horrible Place - Sorry We went 1/20/2010

After seeing this place, and having the kids beg to check it out, we did. VERY EXPENSIVE for very little fun. They use this "point system" to try to get you to forget how much your paying.\r \r The food area wasn't very clean, and the food quality was not good. When my son was given a go cart that didn't go, I was laughed at by a staff member who said "what do you expect for $10, an indy racer"!!!!\r \r So, bottom line. We went, we tried to have fun (but really didn't). We ate, and and didn't feel very well that night. We're not going back!!! more

Used to bo cool, now has horrible service and slow karts... ugh 7/31/2009

4 years ago, this place was awesome. Fast go karts with a long track, the only place like it in the area. Now the track is small, the cars much slower, and the employees look like they hate it there. No waivers anymore, so little kid drive the "pro" karts and ruin it for everyone. After my first kart ride, I tried to get a refund for the seconded one I bought. Management laughed at me, said they don't refund points. It says this NOWHERE. I got very mad and just walked out. Horrible service, dirty, and expensive. Its really ashame. more

no refund for ""points"". Trust me, the place used to be awesome, with really fast karts, a nice track, and a cool atmosphere. They don't even use waivers anymore, and let little kids ride the ""pro"" karts, making races not fun at all. Now the track is small, the karts are slower, even the employees I talked to said they were mad about the downsizeing of the kart track and the slower karts.. I also got ripped off out of $45 for go kart rides I bought but dident use, they wouldn't refund me! The manager just laughed at me. Arnold's Go-Kart Ctr is AWESOME!!!! 6/15/2009

I read the reviews before going to Arnold's and had to admit, I was a little skeptical to say the least. The "Eric B." guy had me a little concerned about the whole thing - but I had spoken to many of the parents in my "mom's club," and they had all actually recommended Arnold's. We decided to take our family (and some of the kid's friends....what can I tell you - we got the please, please, please looks....and we can all relate to that look ;) Anyway, I was a little afraid about spending a lot of money also - but I have to tell you, I was pleasantly surprised when we all got there! I brought kids ranging from 3-15 and there was something for everyone! They had some special or something going on for the summer where you can get 2 hours of unlimited playing for $29 something each! We weren't quite sure what to do and the girl at the front was more than patient and helpful in helping us get the best deal for the number of people we had. Very Expensive, Very Sleazy, Very Crowded, Employees all look like their on drugs or have some serious issues and are very rude, Management Sucks, Food Sucks, Go-karts suck and are slow. I WILL NEVER GO TO ARNOLDS GO-KARTS/FAMILY FUN CENTER AGAIN\r \r My Trip to Arnolds/Hell on Dec. 13, 2008\r This Place has really gone down hill since the last time i have been there. It used to be a lot of fun when the go-kart track was huge and the place was fairly cheap, Arcade used to be cool too. that was almost 10 years ago. I heard they redid things for kids so i took my 11 and 12 year old boys in. THIS PLACE SUCKS now. first it is VERY EXPENSIVE, 20 dollars for each person to have 10 minutes of the go-kart track. That means 120 dollars if you and two other people want to race just twice, there is no wrist-band deal or anything like that. you have to pay a lot for every thing. Fun for work events too... 11/19/2008

My company held a go-kart bonding session earlier this year...seeing co-workers in silly helmets racing each other was quite amusing. I do wish they had more size Small helmets...there were only like 2, which is surprising, considering go-karting is mostly for kids, right? Arnold's let us have free reign over the go-kart track for a few hours, which ended up being really fun for this first time racer! more

we won't go there again 8/17/2008

Went last night with another family... six "kids" total, ranging from 12-20. Were very disappointed. Very expensive. The staff were too busy fooling around with each other to do their job, two kids hurt on the go karts because their helmets came off - which either implies poor safety equipment or total disregard of staff to ensure that the equipment was worn properly. Generally, the staff were rude, the food quality was poor (two of us were sick all last night), and the prices were greatly inflated. We will not go back. If we're in the mood for this type of activity, we will go to Ozzy's (in Leesport). MUCH BETTER experience. more
