For the most part, they provide good dental care, although on my last cleaning, the hygienist was more interested in mapping my teeth into a new computer program they had than in cleaning my teeth, and gave me one of the poorest cleanings I've ever had.\r

Their financial policies are poor, as they ask for payment up front and don't communicate with my insurance company well at all. When my insurance pay them, then Arnold & Parkinson are VERY SLOW to refund your payment, and they don't seem to care whether they lose patients over it. I'm looking for a new dentist.
