Arnold & Parkinson Dentistry

For the most part, they provide good dental care, although on my last cleaning, the hygienist was more interested in mapping my teeth into a new computer program they had than in cleaning my teeth, and gave me one of the poorest cleanings I've ever had.\r \r Their financial policies are poor, as they ask for payment up front and don't communicate with my insurance company well at all. When my insurance pay them, then Arnold & Parkinson are VERY SLOW to refund your payment, and they don't seem to care whether they lose patients over it. I'm looking for a new dentist. more

I usually hate going to the dentist but since I found Dr. Arnold and Dr. Parkinson, I have such a better experience from start to finish. I've wanted to fix my front teeth for years and have always been scared, but I was put completely at ease by the entire staff. I was treated just like family and the office made sure to check on me after my appointments to make sure I was doing okay. They definitely go the extra mile. Now I have the beautiful smile I always wanted. Anytime someone complements me on my smile now, I tell them to visit this office because they will get the best care by far. more

From the minute I walked into the office at Arnold and Parkinson Dentistry I felt welcomed and comfortable, and for the first time ever, I didn't have to wait, not at all and thats usually the worst part. The reason I even went to them in the first place ws because I had a tooth that had bothered me for years, and everywhere I went they would take x rays and tell me there was nothing wrong so there was nothing they coould do. Well after less than 5 minutes with the doctor he told me what ws wrong and how to fix it, so I did that very same day and now everything looks good and feels good. I take my family to Dr. Arnold and Dr. Parkinson, and I would and do recomend them anytime someone even mentions the dentist. more

I was new to this practice so I gave them the benefit of the doubt even though they seemed a little to free with what should have been private matters such as discussing a disciplinary action to an employee in front of patients. The real issue is that they dropped the ball on some documentation they needed but instead of taking ownership for it they blamed it on me and flat out lied to cover themselves. I have never met Dr. Parkinson and was satified with the one time I saw Dr. Arnold but the office staff is the most unprofessional I have seen. They are very nice until something goes wrong and it seems the patient has no right to ask questions or expect things to be handled correctly. I will never go back and I would not recommend them to anyone. more
