We have two older vehicles (both are1998 models of Chevy's) and have had fair, competent, reasonable priced service from Chad and his mechanics. Our vehicles are dependable and we wouldn't think of going to anyone else. He has never done work that didn't need to be done and has been good at explaining the damage and showing us if possible what has worn out. My husband has known Chad since he was born. He was Chad's parents neighbors and he was so glad that Chad decided to become a mechanic as he knew he was going to be a good one and an honest one. We would highly recommend Arnold Automotive Repair to all our friends and neighbors. In a time when finding a reputable mechanic is becoming harder and harder to do it is refreshing to find one who is honest, efficient, and compentent. I am sure glad that Chad is there for us. It affords us great peace of mind. We drive extensively and have gotten over 250,000 miles on our vehicle and we don't hesitate to get in that car and drive it from coast to coast knowing that Chad has kept it mechanically sound and safe for us.\r more

wouldnt do it!! They ae dishonest!! Told me I needed some work done and had it looked a by another mechanic. NOT SO!! more

i must say i was a little leary of the promotional car care card 6 oil changed, tire rotation, a c check raidiator drain and fill etc etc.....80.00$ well just don't try to use it .run around trey to make an appointment and someone will have to call you back to verify? really an appointment for an oil change? 1 hour later then you are told you have all these other problems with your car? really? what a bunch of dishonest thugs... BEWARE!! more

I recently took my Saturn VUE to Arnold Auto for Safety & Emissions, and replacement of my front brake pads. The mechanics, Bryce and Chad are awesome! They were such perfectionists and made sure they did an excellent job on my vehicle. They did not overcharge me, and I found that they were less expensive on the brakes for labor and parts than other Automotive shops were. And their Receptionist, Andrea sure knows what great customer service is about - she even took the time to drive to my home to deliver the 'rebate certificate' for the brake pads that I had forgotten. I was extremely impressed with the work on my vehicle, as well as the great customer service I received. I would refer any of my friends and family to Arnold Auto any day. more
