I orderedone complete ACU uniform with boots for my spouse. The boots arrive, but 2 weeks later no ACU uniform. I contacted my CC company and placed the dollar amount in dispute. Conviently, three days later I received the ACU. Army Navy credited back my amount then called me and threatened me over the phone. I explained I did not have the authority to credit back the amount. I called my CC campany and they confirmed that Army Navy had creditedthe amount. I called Army Navy to get a money ordered mailedto them and again was threatened and called a lier by Army Navy. As a retired Army Officer with over 27 yrs active duty - these threats by the owner are unforgiving. Espically since Army Navy created the entire problem. WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT USE if you in the Armed Forces. Cons: Everything about doing business with Army Navy more
