I've been using Armstrong-Citywide Inc for six or seven years. When I used them recently, they were on time when they did the floors. The job was well done, and it was done on time. The whole job was done professionally from start to finish. They're friendly, very knowledgeable and very accommodating. They try to cover all of their bases. more

Professional, Courteous, and Understanding in all experiences. 3/20/2014

In regards to Armstrong-Citywide Inc.'s service, they have always been professional and thorough in the 28 years I've used them. I've never used another floor service and they always do everything I asked above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a floor servicing. more

A well run company! 3/19/2014

I've worked with Armstrong-Citywide Inc for quite a while, about 18 years. I'm a general contractor for residential buildings, and I developed a relationship with them. I tried one or two other companies, but I wasn't happy with them. I've had no reason to leave Armstrong-Citywide. David always stands behind his work, so if there are ever any issues, they take care of them. They are on time, and they run a tight schedule. They stick to the dates and provide good quality service. It's a well run company! more

Quality work. 2/13/2014

We have used Armstrong-Citywide Inc. to do a couple of large jobs for us. Their bids came in competitive. They have done hardwood floor refinishing and installing wood floors over sub-flooring for us. The work they did was quality and finished on time. I have always had good communication from my service representative. I am very satisfied. more

Armstrong-Citywide Inc refinished our existing hardwood floor, and they added to about double the size of the overall floor. They were on time, very fast and very professional. They left everything in good shape, and we've already made one referral on their behalf. We didn't get competitive bids for the work, since Armstrong-Citywide was referred to us by our realtor. He said he had never had anyone call back with dissatisfaction about them, and we felt his recommendation was quite good. Their price was reasonable, and the work was excellent! more

Job well done 1/24/2014

Enjoyed the out come. Very little clean up with the vacuum system on the sanders. One of the main reasons I chose them other than they were referred by my company reference list as a preferred vendor and had 2 neighbors that had used them as well. My floors look beautiful! more

Highly recommend 1/24/2014

I glad I chose Armstrong-Citywide to do my floors. I had several bids and they were right in the middle. I went with them because 3 of my friends have used them and had the same outcome that I have. Roger explained the process in detail on my estimate and answered all of my questions in detail. I loved the fact that I was able to select my color on my floor before the entire floor was done and it was not a small 3" by 3" swatch. Very light dust and minor paint touch up, which was explained to me at the bid process so I was not surprised at the end. Very happy and would highly recommend. more

Phenomenal 1/16/2014

Armstrong-Citywide do all of our work for us. We don't even get comparison bids--we use them exclusively. We've been working with them for the past four years. They've done a lot of work for us and we plan on doing even more work for them.
