VoIP has greatly increased our efficiency 1/3/2011

We needed to implement a VoIP telephone system to tie two of our practices together. This Avaya telephone system is fantastic. The phones in one office can answer calls from the other office, transfer, page as if everyone was under the same roof. The gains that we have in productivity are incredible. more

These guys saved the day! 12/27/2010

Monday morning I came into the office and our Avaya Telephone System was not working. Within two hours they had sent a technician with a replacement system and almost immediately had us operational. While this alone was quite a feat, what makes this exceptional is that it was during a blizzard! The technician was knowledgeable and polite. Just amazing service. more
