Overly Iconoclastic 9/24/2011

I just drove 50 miles to the Bass Pro in Arundel Mills rather than the 3 miles to the Armoury to buy 53 dollars worth of Hoppes #9, G96 Gun Cleaner, rods, brushes etcetera. The last time I shopped at the Armoury, admittedly only for cleaning supplies, the people behind the counter seemed far more interested in slandering minorities than in assisting customers. Unless they have had a significant personnel change I would recommend firearms enthusiasts avoid the Armoury. more

Similar bad experience. Although I was impressed by the store's stock and hours, their service leaves a lot to be desired. more

AVOID THIS STORE ? Poor Customer Service 10/5/2008

I recently visited the Armory in regards to purchasing a handgun that I have been researching. I walked in and I immediately heard the owner of the store yelling on the phone to someone saying ?This is why I hate to deal with the F*CKING general public, they are so stupid?. Pros: Close to my house in Annapolis Cons: Angry owner, poor customer service, poor parking, over priced, not knowledgable more
