Good: Doctor Armbruster is VERY patient. He'll actually sit down, put his notepad on his lap, and listen to all of your health concerns. Even in regards to problems that he could simply wave off and forward to a specialist (meaning more appointments and bills), he is willing to give advice and his honest opinion as to whether would be really necessary. Lastly, I like that he doesn't have any hangups about discussing anything, even the "icky" stuff, and even when it's coming through the lens of a teenage girl.. Bad: Nothing, really. It'd be great if he were closer to the west side of the city, but I don't think my personal location preferences really matter to the quality of his practice overall. : ). Improvements: Can't think of any, but I'll use this space to give credit to the staff; they are also very kind! I think they need a little more space behind the counter, though... you may have to be patient (no pun intended) if they have some unexpected paperwork gumming up the counters.. Other: I have no idea what the only other reviewer on this page as of December 2010 is talking about... Her experience seems to be completely the opposite of every experience I've ever had here. I know because of a mixup at Walgreens that there is at least one other doctor with the last name Armbruster practicing somewhere in Tucson. Perhaps that's the one deserving of a poor review? In any case, Robert J Armbruster is my favorite doctor in town. Highly recommended..
