I had breast augmentation and a tummy tuck with Dr. Moncada. My results are awesome! My body looks better than before and I had children. He really explains the procedures in the consultation and is hones. The staff was very friendly and always helped me when I had questions after surgery.\r more

A few months ago, I went to Valley Hand and Plastic surgery to get information on a Rhinoplasty. I was an avid field hockey player as a kid, and I guess I took one too many stick to the face because I broke my nose multiple times. The breaks caused a huge bump as well as breathing problems, not to mention the horrific snoring. To make a long story short, Dr. Moncada did a fantastic job with my nose. I feel beautiful again! The bump is completely gone and I have no one to thank but him.\r more

I had gastric bypass a few years ago. I indeed lost a massive amount of weight and looked and felt great, on the outside. Without clothes on I however felt like a freak from all the loose and saggy skin. Dr. Moncada did both an abdominoplasty and breast reconstruction. Yes, the surgery and recovery were painful. But yes, I would have it done over and over again for these results. I feel like a million bucks and really cannot thank Dr. Moncada and his team enough for giving me the gift of a beautiful body!\r more

One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Both the procedure and the recovery process were explained to me. They made sure I understood every step. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.\r more

I really appreciated that they didn't schedule my procedures all on the same day, and spread them out over the course of a few weeks. That way, my surgeries didn't take as long, and my risk for complications was reduced. I felt like they really cared about my safety and well-being. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.\r more

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.\r more

I am so impressed with the results I got from Dr. Moncada. I was in a car accident years ago and had serious nerve damage to my left hand, leaving my hand partially paralyzed. I have been to multiple surgeons who would not operate on me because they did not think it would any good. When Dr. Moncada said he would be able to repair some of the nerve damage I was ecstatic. My hand is not 100% back to normal, but it never will be I can accept that. He recovered feeling in my hand that I thought was long gone.\r more

It was really nice and professional of them to send me a whole bunch of informational material before my consultation. I was able to look through it, and find answers to all my questions before my actual appointment. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They offered plenty of financing options to work with my financial situation. I was able to pay for my procedure without any problems. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. more
