As far as I am concerned, this business does not even deserve one star for the rating. My friend recently bought a used vehicle there for around 7,000- Kelly Blue Book and multiple other websites value the vehicle not even $2,000-and it has been giving her problems ever since. I was not in town when she bought the vehicle and not only is she not familiar with cars but she is not from this area so she did not know anyone to bring with her. I know these individuals at Arlington Motors took advantage of her incompetence when it comes to her vehicle knowledge. Besides charging her three times the amount that the car is worth, it has been giving her nothing but problems since she bought it. She has some kind of warantee, so upon reporting the problem, Arlington Motors told her to bring it back the next day and they would fix it. After she picked it up, the problem was not fixed in the slightest. THANKS ARLINGTON MOTORS FOR RIPPING MY FRIEND OFF- My suggestion and reccommondation to anyone who lives around this area is to STAY AWAY from this money-hungry business-who does little maintenance on the used cars they sell and who doesn't even care about anything but making money-when they should be caring about their customers. Not to mention the rude, snotty attitude from the female secretary/receptionist.
