I've been a patient of this practice since the early 90's, just out of college. I've moved to central MA seven years ago and decided to continue with this practice because of their approach to health care and management and the personal care they've delivered to me over the years.\r
Most recently I was hospitalized a few days ago, over night, with a follow up with one of the doctors in the practice today. She said she would call me later today after speaking with the surgeon who evaluated me in the hospital. She did call back, at 7pm and concluded the conversation by setting expectations on next steps and when we would speak again. This level of care and follow through is why I continue with FPG.
