Called to schedule a pickup and when the dispatcher asked for my street name, I said it and then proceeded to spell it - just habit, and some people have trouble with it. He said in a condescending tone and giggled "you don't need to spell it for us", at which point he said "we do this for a living, you don't need to spell it for us...". He didn't get my business. more

DO NOT USE 1/3/2010

At my drop off location the cab driver did not take all of my bags out of the cab. One bag was left in the cab. When I called the cab company the same day I was told to call back the next day which I did. Then, the man who answered the phone was rude, unprofessional and need-less-to-say not helpful. The cab company is very unprofessional. I drove to the address posted on the website in Falls Church and it doesn't even exist. Save yourself a headache and use another company. more

Arlington Blue Top Cab 3/26/2006

This cab company usually comes on time. I had one experience when I seemed my phone was lost in the shuffle. After a 30-minute wait I had to call them back and it seemed like my pickup was forgotten. That was my only problem, every other time has been great. They arrived on time and driver knew the best way to get to our destination. more

The cars they supply are always clean and in perfect working order. And the best part is the drivers always know their way around the DC metro area. more
