By then we knew exactly what we wanted and he wasn't trying to sell us anything extra. We really appreciated that.\r more

Dustin is the man. We walked onto the lot 2 weeks ago and he greeted us with open arms. Polite and personable. Dustin showed us a number of vehicles but they didnt have what we wanted at that time. He took good notes and let me know that evening what he had, and what was being prepared for sale. We touched base a few days later and i came back that day. Dustin promised that he could meet the montly payment that I wanted to be at, and provided unparallelled service. The deal got signed and Dustin was the reason! My wife said that we HAVE to purchase from this location because Dustin offered to assist in putting my jeep top on, after he was off work. That type of service is unheard of.\r \r The only problem is that Dustin doesnt do mortgages, real estate, insurance, or childcare...because I would definately give him my business in all of those markets as well!\r \r Great hire ROARMAN! more

Everyone was very helpful. Alber helped me through all the paper work and Mike Ingro took me through the new owner familiarization. Both were very helpful and professional.\r There were 3 main reasons for sticking with Acura and Bob Rohrman Acura;\r 1. I purchased an MDX in 2003 and it now has 189,000 miles on it. I am giving the car to my daughters.\r 2. I had some transmission problems, and even though the car was out of warranty, Acura stood behind it and fixed it.\r 3. Jeremy Hardman. He is a credit to your dealership and has always provided outstanding assistance more

Malik is the most knowledgable and straight-forward salesman that I've encountered in the industry. (Side note: I appreciate the fact that he did not alert me beforehand to this survey or explicitly ask that I give him 5s. He earned 5s nonetheless.)\r \r The deal negotiation process was the longest to date and my trade came in under kbb, whereas I unusually beat KBB rates due to the condition of my cars. more

Mike Nauert assisted me and his name was not listed above. Also Marcin assisted me. The overall experience was good and Mike and Marcin were very helpful. The process took longer than expected, but was not in Mike or Marcin's control. They were trying to get a car from another dealer. They kept checking in on me and giving me status updates. more
