AWFUL service, technicians, and expertise. This business is not even deserving of one star! I have so many bad experiences from going here. First the past 2 times I have taken in my car to see why the check engine light was on they ran a diagnostics test and came to the conclusion that it was going to cost $1500 to fix the cadillac converter....one year later the vehicle has been running awful, it constantly shook while driving, and got bad gas mileage...went to get the oil changed at another business and first thing they discovered while doing a routine oil change and checking the fluids is that Arkansas Tire left the bulb in the fuel injector when they ran the diagnostic test over a year ago! The new place removed it for free and the vehicle runs great now! Every time I have taken one of our vehicles there it always seems it comes out with something new wrong! Story two...my mothers was told two years ago by their expert technicians that her battery was going to die soon and she needed to replace it....it's still running fine. Third, we took in another vehicle of ours and they told us the engine was blown due to it sitting for so long....we had it looked at last week and the engine was fine, they fixed th whole car with no problems. I have more bad experiences, but I am running out of space...you ask why I continued to go there? I personally knew the owners and before their business grew they were an awesome place to go they USED to have great service and expertise. They are too busy running their lives and their kids to all their activities. Their ""office manager"" is awful and so are all the guys working in the shop! DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!
