I have taken my dog to Ark Animal hospital for over 12 years and recently had to have him put down. The entire staff is loving and really care for your pet. Dr. Hoefer is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I highly recommend them for all your pet needs. more

Honest and Caring 2/27/2009

Dr. Hoefer is truly caring and always honest. She shares with you options and her recommendations so you can make the best choice for your pet. I followed her from VCA hospital in Saratoga over the hill to make sure my cat is seen by someone who loves animals. more

Well not sure! 11/18/2008

We have used ARK animal for soooo long. We loved Dr. Carr for our small animals. Well he sold the place and the new vet is a lot younger and seems to be less experienced. She also fired the front staff and raised all the prices 20-40 percent. \r \r It is not like it was free before! She seems nice enough but we changed vets anyways. more

  • Ark Animal Hospital is a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care. We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with local practices when special diagnostic procedures are required. The facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, in-house x-ray capabilities, a closely supervised hospitalization area, and indoor boarding kennels with outdoor walking and play areas. Ark Animal Hospital we strive to offer not only sound advice, but also optimal veterinary care, thus allowing you the enjoyment of your companion for a maximum number of years. Our job is not only to treat your pet when he or she isn't feeling well, but also to help you learn how to keep your best friend happy and healthy.
