Ark Animal Hospital

I recently moved to the area and a co-worker recommended Ark Animal Hospital for my cat. Now Felix is very scared. I was looking for someone who would go slow. Dr. Maxwell got a towel and loosely placed this over Felix so he could hide. She examined Felix in the room and as long as he could hide his face he was very calm. The technician said I could drop off a fecal sample which helped a lot. She also explained that Felix did not need all of the vaccines he was getting up north. Everyone at Ark Animal Hospital is so nice and I saved money. Anyone new to the area – I would recommend Ark. more

I just purchased my puppy from Puppy ave and I received a free visit from Ark Animal Hospital. I have a regular vet but I went any way. Kesha was very helpful answered all of my questions and gave me handouts so that I would have information to read at home. Dr. Maxwell was very through and explained all that was done and what I could expect on the next visit. Lastly April was especially helpful. She went over the discounted vaccine packages available. The discounts came in handy since I just spent a lot of money on Dasher. I was so impressed Ark Animal Hospital is Dashers new Vets. more

I just took my dog to Ark Animal Hospital to have a mass removed. The whole experience was great. The receptionist went over all of my options before surgery, the technician called me when we started the surgery and the doctor called after the surgery. \r I really appreciate being informed about my pets condition throughout the day. \r When I picked him up, Bo Bo was very happy to see me. Dr. Maxwell explained \r everything that I need to do at home. \r \r I have taken my cat to another hospital for surgery and they treated me like a number. I have been taking my cats to Ark Animal Hospital since 2001 for their care and have nothing but great things to say about Dr Maxwell, Dr Paschall and their staff. I find the office staff, techs and doctors to be very professional and extremely compassionate. (I will never forget their compassion several years ago when I had to put my first cat, Cali, to sleep. They even gave me a small plant as a memorial.) After a couple of visits to the clinic, they know you by name. Any procedures, options and estimated costs are always discussed before hand. I have used them for everything including routine check ups, diagnostic procedures & boarding services. I'm very picky about my ""girls"" care and I highly recommend Ark Animal. I trust them implicitly. Pros: great staff more
