I love coming to the Arizona Wig Boutique every winter as a snow bird. I always leave loving my look with ""purchased hair"". As an alopecia suffer, it's great to know of a place that shows compassion, respect , and class to the customer. I have worked with Dianna and find her to be very knowledgeable and fun to work with. I wish there was a place back in my home state that had this kind of customer service. Keep up the great work! more

I purchased a real hair wig here a few months ago. It's beautiful! It has held up nicely to daily wear. The ladies at the shop were very kind, patient, and helpful while helping me select the right wig for me, and made sure it fit well before I left with it. I had never considered a hair piece to cover my thinning hair. But after I survived my second open heart surgery I changed my mind. I thought if not now, when? I am so glad I did! From the minute I walked into the the store and met Lisa I knew I was in the right hands. She went over every option in detail. I especially liked her no pressure approach. She gently suggested I might require a larger piece that would give me the bangs I desperately wanted but also covered my bald spot which I always have tried to ignore. My friends did not know what to think. Until I told them that I was sporting a little help on my head they thought I had just decided to get bangs. The color matches perfect with my own hair and is easy to maintain. Ladies and men run don't walk to this shop! You will not be disappointed. I work for a dental office and a patient had come in and was sharing with us how she loves wigs and the diversity of styles she can achieve. One day she even brought in 4 of her wigs and some of the girls and her were trying them on. I was intrigued and had saved the name of where she was going to get the wigs. Three years later my mother is diagnosed with cancer and going thru treatments and had decided it was time for her to get a wig. I looked up the reviews of AZ. Wigs Boutique. I said to my mom this is the place. Our experience with the staff was fantastic! They explain the differences in types of wigs, were patient in our decision making and made us feel comfortable and made it fun. My mother walked out feeling like herself. My father smiled as she walked into the house. She even bought a small piece that clips to a hat and it looked like she has her hair pulled back. I would recommend this place for someone who is in need of a wig for medical reason but also for the girl who wants to have some fun with their own. more

I have been a customer at Az Wig Boutique for over five years. I can honestly say that I have not had a bad hair day since the day I became a customer there. They are an amazing group of employees who always put the customers needs first. Both Kimberly and Dianna have been very helpful in choosing the right style, color, and length of wig that complements both my face and skin color. I have had the best experience at Arizona Wig Boutique. If you want friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff, then head to AWB! After purchasing a wig at another shop, I was only mildly satisfied. Arizona Wig Boutique was recommended, and what a difference! Diana helped to find and fit a new wig for me. She also tweaked my original wig from another shop. They also offer cleaning and styling and refurbishing wigs and pieces. It make a real difference when a wig is adjusted to fit, and trimmed to fit your face. Diana (and all the staff) always take time to give tips and instructions about wear and care. They have both synthetic and human hair and will guide you to what is best for you. They also have accessories and products related to wigs and hair thinning. I just can't say enough about Diana and all the staff at Arizona Wig Boutique. If you are a ""newbie"" to the world of wigs and/or toppers, this is the place to go. I have just recently started wearing wigs and toppers. When I was searching for a salon, I was pleased to hear and read so many satisfied customers for this shop. My first experience was here at Arizona Wig Boutique. I cannot say enough about how comfortable I felt in an uncomfortable situation. No one likes to think about having to wear a wig but I have to say that Diana, my salon representative, was so professional and courteous, and immediately put me at ease. I have purchased several pieces now and receive the same wonderful treatment each time. All the staff say hello when I come in and are eager to get you started with your experience. The hair pieces are high quality with so many to choose from. My family and friends love my new look and others cannot believe I wear a wig. I have had a few instances where my pieces have needed repair and have never had a problem or issue. Sometimes they can just fix it on the spot. I am always satisfied. I drive from Glendale Arizona to Scottsdale and have never had a second thought about the distance because it is so worth it for the fantastic service I receive here. This is the ONLY place to go in Scottsdale. I have in the past, had experience with many wig shops here and in the midwest, but only go here now. Kim and her whole staff are professionals, with extreme patience and knowledge about wigs. Here ""Customer service"" is the name of the game.
