AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL. BEWARE. I've owned an Electrolux since 2003. I've called on this company MANY times for parts and service, yet they never return phone calls. When I do speak to someone, they are typically arrogant and rude. I recently needed a repair. I took it to their Chandler location where they botched the estimate and failed miserably on the time frame they promised it would take to have my vacuum ready. I was charged $200 and they act as though they're doing me a favor by allowing them to work on my vacuum. When I expressed my disappointment in their level of customer service, I was told by their repair guy that he doesn't need to hear it. (Yet he gladly took my $200.) I was shocked. He was rude, abrasive, and not friendly in the least. I have never been treated so rudely by any other business. Ever. This company doesn't care about their customers. I ended up speaking to their General Manager about this and was promised a phone call by the owner. To date, I'm still waiting for that call. I will NEVER do business with this organization ever again. I would STRONGLY encourage anyone and everyone to take their business elsewhere. In my personal experience with this company, they are NOT DESERVING of your hard earned dollars.
