I have a conference for which i ordered promotional materials... I was promised that i would have my goods by the date i needed them. Two weeks prior to the event i began calling to confirm that everything was correct... i would leave messages, call, and call.... and heard NOTHING back from them... I finally got a call last week (6 days before the event) saying that the colors were wrong... which i responed that, that is why i had been calling so that if anythign were wrong we could fix it... Needless to say they promised delivery first of the week.. Its now wednesday and the conference is tomorrow and i jsut found out they are still 13 hours away in pheonix... I will not have my goods by the conference so i might have well not ordered them. I WOULD NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE AN EXTREMELY SMALL ORDER AND SEVERAL MONTHS TO WAIT FOR THEM TO GET BACK TO YOU... Very dissatisfied and will never do business with them again, which is sad because i work for a large company that was seeking a good reliable source for all of our promotional wear. This was a test run and they failed...
