These guys are awesome! I referred them over to my cousin who was having a hard time renting his home. Larry got with him and totally took care of him. He got him more than the asking price for the monthly rent and everything was handled with the best of care. Totally recommended these guys and will continue to do so. more

I hired AZ Property Management to rent my home in Glendale (stuck with the house so we rent it out), they are very experienced and had great customer service. I have had bad experience sin the past with management companies not taking care of the renters or getting back to me. Thank you Payam and your diligent team for providing such a great service. more

Arizona Property Management manages multiple properties for us. They range from condos, SFR’s, duplexes, and multiple 3-7 unit apartment unit complexes. My collected rents have averaged over 96% over many years. Also, it is rare that a vacancy is not turned and rented within 30 days of it going vacant. I enjoy owning property since I am not involved in the day to day hassle of management. My statements and cash flow checks are received within the second week of the month. Great!! more

I'm very happy with the service I've received from Arizona PM over the last few years. They did a great job preparing my property for new tenants. Advertising was done right, bringing in enough people to apply and they gave us great choices from the applicants for us to make the final decision. Our current renters are great and we've been consistently pleased with the services I have received from Arizona Property Management. more

Before I moved out of state, I rented a home from this management company and every minute was great. It was simple and not complicated to rent from them. If I ever had a problem or needed something from them, they took care of me. I only moved out of the house because I moved to CA. more
