We had a wedding in Skull Valley June 27, 2015. We had many mishaps!!! 1. The busses got lost (they haven't installed GPS yet). They were 30 minutes late to pick up the wedding guests...Well one bus arrived...the other arrived at the venue 1 1/2 hours later...Yes...we had 40 people who had to drive themselves!! When leaving, the first bus left when it was planned....the second bus driver decided he needed to leave at 10:00 pm...the agreement was 11:00...He was so rude and unprofessional, the like I have not seen before. It was all we could do to keep him there (yes, a groomsman laid in front of the bus). When I called and talked with Whitney and Ruthie, they were of no help...Didn't return phone calls and such...Would not use them again.
RESPONSE FROM Arizona Corporate Coach:
Heidi,
We're so sorry that you had an unfavorable experience with Arizona Corporate Coach. We've always felt that over-communicating is a better alternative to under-communicating, but despite our best efforts, we were unable to reach you on the day of your event to coordinate as thoroughly as we should have. We're especially sorry to hear that our customer service team wasn't able to provide support to your satisfaction. Customer service is of the utmost importance to us at Arizona Corporate Coach, as is evident in Whitney's and Ruthie's multiple mentions in our many great reviews. We'll be reviewing your situation closely to make sure that the same mistakes aren't made again in the future. We hoped that the 40% refund would help to remedy the unfavorable experience for you, but being that this review was written after that refund was granted, that doesn't appear to be the case. If there is anything else that we can do for you, please call us at (602) 639-9312 so that we can address any further concerns.
Sincerely,
Arizona Corporate Coach
