Arizona Chimney Sweep were very upfront about their costs. They even lowered their rates a little bit since the work was done during a slower period for them. They came out on the day promised and got the work done in less time than they said it would take. It was a good experience. I called AZ Chimney Sweep in the morning at 830am and they schedule me the same day at 1230pm. So appreciative that they came last minute. Gave me a good deal on all 4 of the fire places and was honest when the one of the fire places did not need it rather then saying it needed cleaning and charging me. Also they sold us a product that would be more safe, flutes I believe. And installed them. I called another service company and their person showed up an hour and fifteen minutes late. After an hour of waiting, I called Arizona Chimney Sweep, who told me they could have someone out that same day, and I went with them. When the service person for the other company showed up, I asked him to leave. I liked that the young man from Arizona Chimney Sweep was very professional and efficient. He was here early, was very helpful, and even waited to do his job after the electricity in my house went off. After the electricity came back on, he did his job and left. I'm very pleased with them. Since we bought our house we never had the chimney cleaned. The owner was so pleasant and accomodating and the worker arrived looking very professional and went right to work. The service was great, the worker was on time, and the price was very fair. more

the chimney in our house was blocked and we had thischimney cleaning company come out and take a look at it. they were able to do the work for a very good price. their workers did an excellent job of cleaning the chimney. they also did minor repairs when they were done and we were very happy with the work that they did. more
