Recently we had a party of 25 ppl, the total cost was $2500.00 paid by credit card. The day I paid , I was asked if that payment could be returned and if someone could stop by my house to pick up cash or check. Of course I said absolutely not. ( This was the first sign that something wasn't right.) When the order was made , I had asked Christa to make sure," the caters do not use my utensils and my kitchen-oven!" I was promised that enough flatware , silverware and glassware would be available, so that my kitchen was not used.
Well the servers knew nothing about that instruction and had to use my silverware and utensils to serve the food. Then my oven had to be used because the food needed to be warmed up and before eating the main course the dishes had to be washed. The worst part was that the food was horrible. Arista Catering made me feel embarrassed in front of my guests from , the Italian mission of Foreign Affairs in the United Nations.
So I emailed Christa three different times and she never bothered to respond.
