This person's review is extremely similar to my recent experience here. This is an unprofessional and dishonest business....plus my clothes smelled like smoke when I got them! I had a HORRIBLE experience here that ended in the owner literally yelling at me. I should have known better the first time I set foot in there. Very dirty, smells like smoke, one of the owner's small child running around screaming, non-polite owners. It took 3 months to get my clothes back! I called them several times...sometimes would have to leave a message and nobody would call me back (though they claimed to have). I stopped by in person 5 times.....1 time, the business was closed during the day, and the other 4 times, they told me my clothes were not there and I would have to come back. When I did come by in person for a time that was prearranged (the only time an actual date was set), they said my clothes were not there. I told the owner I was an unhappy customer and she started yelling at me.....telling me I thought I was better than her, saying that she didn't want me to come back. etc. I told her I was never coming back, I would be filing a complaint, and I wanted my clothes now. She told me she would drop them off to me at night at my residence. She said she had to go to her home to get my clothes and she would drive them to me. She basically told me to leave the store and several minutes later, called my cell to tell me that my clothes were there and she had confused me with someone else. I left with my clothes (she did not charge me...said she did not want my ""tainted money""). I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, NONRESPONSIBLE, DISHONEST BUSINESS. Very unprofessional business. I brought several shirts to be taken in and was told I couldn't have them back for over a week and given a pickup date. Went on that date, but store was inexplicably closed all afternoon long. Went back later in the day and left several voicemails but received no return phone calls (I was moving out of state the following day and needed the shirts for an event the following week). Finally reached them the following week, and business ""claimed"" to have left me a voicemail on my cellphone and called my cellphone (despite my cellphone being on all weekend long and my receiving no calls/messages), then promised they would mail them the next day if i promised to mail a check, as I needed them that week. I mailed a check that same day but later found out items were not mailed out until several days later, after my check was cashed and after several more phone calls. Then they ""claimed"" they mailed the items but they were returned undelivered to them, but the local post office verified they had never been sent. When I finally received the shirts they were not hemmed at all along the bottom as we'd discussed so after the whole 3-week long ordeal and over $100 I need to go and have them tailored elsewhere.
