I found this salon thru a friend's referral. It's in this cute area called Kenneth Village, and you think you're going the wrong way as you pass through a residential area. Best parking is in the alley behind the salon (look for green awning in back that says "salon and spa") The salon was clean inviting and very pretty. No one was pushy or snotty. There were no "assistants" running around, sweeping and bringing you lattes. I like that since pretentious salons are usually too expensive and have attitudes. Leah offered me a beverage on the way to her station and we got started right away. No attitudes here! She listened to me carefully and we discussed what was best (I had been to 2 previous stylists who did not do what I asked for). Leah paid attention to the photos I brought, and asked appropriate questions. She clarified that she understood me, made some suggestions and made me totally comfortable with the process. Marisa is my stylist and I've followed her to this location and I love her!! She does such a great job, i love my hair and she always makes me feel and look great!! We have great conversations and she really listens to me about how I want my hair. I'm sooo tired of hair dresser's doing what they want and not what I want! She's wonderful!! This is a very nice family-owned salon in Kenneth Village in Glendale, CA. Suzie, my stylist, is great - and does very hip styles. Great short cuts too. They offer nail, massage, hair removal services as well. There is parking in front, or just up the street in the parking lot. Enjoy! more

This Place is just beautiful, EVERYONE who works here is either very happy or very good at pretending. I think they are all absolutely wonderful and friendly! I finally found someone who cuts and styles my hair the way I ask! Leah.... You are my favorite! Not a single person here is pushy or rude. This place is soooo nice, and looks so home like inside!
